- In these Terms of Use, “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to any individual, company, or other legal entity that accesses this website, engages our consulting services, or uses any reports, materials, or support provided by RegWall Advisory. “We,” “us,” “our,” and “RegWall Advisory” refer to the independent consulting firm providing non-legal, non-binding advisory services focused on sanctions risk assessment and related compliance matters.

5. Client Responsibilities

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings shall be exclusively conducted in the courts of Ontario.
International clients are responsible for ensuring their compliance with all local laws, regulations, and professional standards applicable in their jurisdiction.
11. Modifications
RegWall Advisory reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
